Man…I felt like I needed to get this out so much so that

I’m saying screw the dishes and sitting to write.

I’m watching my facebook feed and I’m listening to family, friends and clients talking about what they want in the New Year.

I feel like I need to say this one big thing that was relayed to me a few weeks ago.

I could give you tips and tricks out the ying yang for accomplishing your goals and your resolutions through 2016. You can google that until the cows come home, but the best tip and trick I now know….

Move your feet while you pray.


Our goal setting, our resolution making, our desire naming, it’s all a prayer. A simple sacred prayer. A prayer that we want something more and something different.

We turn our prayers into pleas and then we wait passively for deliverly.

It doesn’t work that way.

“I really want to lose weight”

“I really want to sign up for that class.”

“I really want to save that money.”

*if you didn’t do it, you didn’t really want to.

Passivity. Mediocrity. It is killing us people!!!

I am not immune. I am reviewing my 2015. I didn’t move my feet enough while I was praying to accomplish what I said I wanted last January.

I’m not making that mistake again.

I’m about to get on a call with a coach. To have a dose of my own medicine. That’s the way it works. We need accountability and we NEED TO MOVE OUR FEET!

If you are serious about making changes in 2016. If the goals you are setting are really something you want, then make the plan to move towards it!

Otherwise, without a doubt, you will have those sad, unfulfilled goals on your plate on December 31, 2016.
